About The Position

Position: Sales Director (OSINT)

Location          Singapore

Cellebrite is seeking an experienced sales professional to sell and promote Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) solutions to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA).

The successful candidate will develop new prospects and interact with new and existing customers to increase sales of Cellebrite’s OSINT solutions. The OSINT Sales Director will work in collaboration with Cellebrite Digital Intelligence Account Directors in overlay sales model. 

Objectives:

  • To increase new Business (while maintaining recurring business on high performance)
  • To create sales plan targeted at growing existing account, new account acquisition, continued account penetration, and maintain customer satisfaction on a long-term basis
  • To continuously get to the next level in terms of our knowledge and management of procurement processes
  • To maintain strong relationships and have a good understanding of their current and future business needs and directions
  • To maintain a pipeline of business opportunities and at the same time meet or exceed sales order booking objectives

Responsibilities & Scope of Role:

  • Conduct effective presentation with the purpose of triggering concrete actions at multi levels including end users and executive management to develop opportunities and engage in face-to-face meetings with key prospects, customers, and partners
  • Maintain and continuously learning detailed knowledge of Cellebrite software and hardware products, training offerings, competitive products, customer vertical industry, and have in-depth understanding of customer goals
  • Influence customers to make future solutions decisions based on product roadmaps
  • Maintain accurate and detailed sales forecasts.
  • Leverage and influence internal stakeholder such as sales operations, engineering, marketing, and senior management for maximum success
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans for customers, recommending new products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Exemplify professionalism at all times, and work to become a trusted advisor to customers and partners.

The ideal candidate should be someone:

  • With a constant deep curiosity for the LEA’s intelligence sphere
  • Who possesses a courageous and adventurous spirit
  • Who is able to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Who could relate and empathize with the pains of customers who are dealing with the challenging complexities of the ever changing technologies environment
  • Who possesses the capabilities, desire and the propensity to keep learning… learning… learning
  • Proven successful enterprise sales managers for minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Profound knowledge of OSINT solutions and methodologies
  • Experience in account management, deep knowledge of the customer, their business and priorities across the organizations at multiple points.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and with external contacts. Ability to create and deliver powerful and effective presentations.
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-directed/driven that excels in a fast growth, team-oriented environment
