What is your mission?

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the HR leadership function by managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering excellent employee experience. This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle execution, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS data integrity, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.

This role has majority of the time focusing on EMEA HR operations, with up to 25% of the time supporting APAC HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Life Cycle

  • Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation, HRIS data integrity, system access and audit readiness.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including performance management tracking, employee check‑ins and continuous improvement of the new‑hire experience.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Respond to employee queries with professionalism and discretion, documenting issues, supporting resolution and escalating where appropriate.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives across EMEA and contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, DEI initiatives and change programmes.

HR Operations

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports and analytics, partnering with the HR Operations CoE to ensure consistency and data accuracy.
  • Track key HR metrics and support reporting needs for HRBPs and business leaders.

Compliance & Policy

  • Support compliance activities and audits, ensuring onboarding and offboarding processes are fully audit‑ready.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies aligned with local employment legislation, handling all information with strict confidentiality.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate and track training and development activities, gathering feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Support sessions related to employment legislation and monitor participation and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRM‑CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus
  • Project management or data analytics experience is advantageous
