  • Brendan Morgan VP Training & Advisory

    Bringing 20 years of law enforcement experience to Cellebrite, Brendan Morgan is responsible for the development and delivery of technical training for Cellebrite solutions to law enforcement and other government agencies throughout the Americas and has taught in more than ten different counties across the globe. Brendan has successful hands-on experience training learners of all levels, across different cultures, languages and learning preferences. Brendan also serves as the Program Manager for the Instructional Services Contract for the National Computer Forensics Institute.

    He has attended numerous digital forensics training and holds several certifications, including the Computer Forensic Certified Examiner (CFCE), the EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), and the Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME). Brendan is an active member of International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) and High Technology Crime Association (HTCIA).

    Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University, is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Digital Forensics from Champlain University, and an Executive MBA program at the University of Georgia.

  • Jean-Philippe Noat Sr Director of Strategic Advisory, International

    Jean-Philippe is the Senior Director for International Operations (operations outside the Americas). He has been working for 16 years with law enforcement teams (French, Monaco and international) on more than 400 cases. He is also a forensic expert for the International Criminal Court in The Hague. He has been working as a contractor for Cellebrite since 2014 and became a full-time employee in July 2018. He has taught in over 15 countries across the globe. Jean-Philippe regularly speaks at industry conferences such as AFSIN (Association Françophone des Specialistes de l’Investigation Numérique). He holds several certifications including Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME) and EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE). Jean-Philippe is an active member of the High Technology Crime Investigators Association (HTCIA) and the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS).

  • Dr. John McHenry Director of Training Content and Services Development

    Dr. John McHenry, DBA, beginning in 2009, served in the dual role of criminal investigator and digital forensic examiner with practical competencies in mobile and computer examinations. The focus of his doctoral study related to the use of formalized intelligence systems in law enforcement. In 2013, he earned the accolade of Certified Forensic Computer Examiner, from the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialist. In addition to serving 19 years in law enforcement, John has instructed internationally, and published articles in the Federal Bureau of Investigations Law Enforcement Bulletin, and Law and Order Magazine relating to the use of innovative digital forensic techniques. John has been a member of multiple federal and state task force groups holding special federal deputation status. Further, he has testified in State and Federal courts as a digital forensics subject matter expert and maintains memberships with the High Technology Crime Investigation Association and the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialist.

  • Todd Adams Strategic Advisor

    Todd Adams comes to Cellebrite after serving over 25. years in the FBI. He served as a supervisor of the White-Collar Crime squad responsible for investigating individuals involved in the following criminal activities: Health Care Fraud, Public Corruption, Complex Financial Crimes, and Civil Rights for the Little Rock Field Office. Over the course of his 25-career year with the FBI, Todd served in various capacities, including; serving as the Deputy Legal Attaché in Kabul, Afghanistan, FBI Detailee to the CIA in Langley, served as a JTTF Coordinator, FBI Pilot In Command (PIC), a member of the FBI SWAT team, and conducted numerous drug and organized crime investigations.

  • John Priest Director of Trainers Development

    With over 26 years as a full-time law enforcement officer and 17 years of experience in the digital forensic field, John Priest is responsible for the development of new training and equipment offerings supporting the global training team. John has taught in over a dozen countries delivering technical training to students of all technical levels in multiple cultures and languages.

    He has attended thousands of hours of training and holds several certifications, including Computer Forensic Certified Examiner (CFCE), the EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME), and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). John is a Cellebrite Certified Master Instructor and an ISC2 Official Training Instructor.

    John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Business Administration, and a Masters in Digital Forensics. In 2011 he received an award for Outstanding Interdiction Strategies presented by the United States Attorney General, Eric H Holder and received numerous other awards and citations for his work in the forensic field.

  • Justin Cole Strategic Advisor

    Justin Cole is a Strategic Advisor at Cellebrite and brings years of hands-on practical experience with digital forensics, including mobile device, computer and point-of-sale network intrusions. Justin brings years of instruction experience to global audiences including state, local, and national government law enforcement agencies. Additionally, he has served as a Cybersecurity Engineer for in the financial sector conducting threat-hunting activities, malware analysis, and security engineering. Justin carries a number of industry leading professional certifications including CISSP, Security+, GCWN, and CCME.

    Mike serves as a Manager of Contract Trainers – Globally at Cellebrite. An accomplished Forensic Trainer, he has more than 14 years of experience in computer/digital evidence forensics. Mike has trained State, Local, Federal and International law enforcement in digital forensics, as well as private organizations. Mike spent over 28 years working in public safety as a dispatcher, patrol officer, detective, and Lieutenant. Mike was assigned to and supervised a multitude of assignments during his career, where he also received many commendations for his job performance and dedication. He has testified in Local, State, and Federal courts and has been recognized as an expert witness in the field of digital forensics. He also has been involved with the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialist (IACIS) since he earned his Certified Forensic Computer Examiner certificate in 2005. He has been a row coach, instructor, developer, and for the past 5 years, has been the Training Manager for the Basic Computer Forensic Examiner (BCFE) classes.

  • Keith Leavitt Manager of Training Services Technology

    Before joining the Cellebrite Training team in 2017, Keith served sixteen years with the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office Cyber Crime Fusion Center. In that capacity, he served as an investigator, digital evidence forensic examiner, Deputy ICAC Commander, and the last eight years as Director of Investigations. He has over twenty-five years of law enforcement experience. Keith has numerous digital evidence certifications including Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), Certified Advanced Windows Forensic Examiner (CAWFE), Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME) and is a Certified Fraud Examiner(CFE). He has testified several times as an expert in the field of digital forensics. Keith received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1994.

  • Todd Careless Manager of Certification

    Todd joined Cellebrite in 2019 and currently serves as a Senior Trainer Developer. He spent almost 20 years as a fulltime and reserve police officer where he served as a patrol officer, crime scene technician, and computer forensic analyst. Todd has been in the digital forensic field for 18 years. He spent six years as a Law Enforcement Training Officer for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, where he taught in the field of computer forensics and Internet-based investigations. Todd was also an instructor and manager of curriculum/certification for a forensic software company for five years. He has held numerous software and industry certifications, including the CFCE from the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists [IACIS] and the GCFA from SANS. Over 13 years of instruction, Todd has taught hundreds of members of international and domestic federal, state and local law enforcement officers and civilian forensic examiners.

  • Bruce Hunter Senior Trainer / Developer

    Bruce retired after 29 years of policing split between Toronto and Guelph Police Departments in Ontario, Canada. Bruce worked in several investigative units throughout his career including; General Investigations, Youth Crime, Gangs/Street Crime, Sexual Assault and Child Abuse. He was instrumental in creating the Internet Child Exploitation and Technological Crimes Unit at the Guelph Police. Bruce has testified at court on both numerous Child Exploitation and Computer/Mobile Forensics cases and has been declared an expert in a number of fields in Ontario, and New York. Bruce has lectured and presented at a number of forensic and legal conferences.

  • Alan Thomas Director of International Contractors

    Alan is London based and a Senior Trainer and Developer. He brings nearly two decades of experience in digital forensics in Law Enforcement and the Telecom industry to Cellebrite. Before joining Cellebrite in 2014, Alan spent thirty years policing London and retired from the Counter Terrorism Command at New Scotland Yard as a Detective Sergeant running the High-Tech Unit. Alan also spent six years working for Vodafone Group as a forensic investigator and investigations Manager. Alan holds Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) certification with IACIS and is CCME certified with Cellebrite.

  • Criss Hochhold Senior Trainer Developer

    Criss is an 19-year veteran with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) where he spent nearly eight years in the “H” Division Technological Crime Unit (TCU), conducting computer and mobile forensic analyses for a range of criminal investigations. His service with the RCMP also includes regular patrol, highway patrol where he was a collision analyst and at the RCMP’s Training Academy at Depot as a Police Driving Instructor. Criss was also a patrol supervisor, overseeing a wide range of investigations. While in the RCMP’s TCU, Criss developed and rolled out a one-day cybercrime investigations workshop to provide training to police officers in Nova Scotia on search and seizure of electronic evidence, and how to obtain data from internet / social media / cellular service providers to further their investigations. He holds an undergraduate degree in Information Networking and Telecommunications, a Masters of Science in Computing Forensics and Cybercrime Investigations (a degree for Law Enforcement Personnel only) and several industry certifications including Cellebrite’s CCME. He is a court certified expert witness and has given expert testimony in the realm of digital and computer forensics in Nova Scotia Provincial Courts and Supreme Court of Canada.

  • Michael Waschetzki Senior Trainer Developer

    Michael Waschetzki, MA Criminalistics, is a forensic expert who served more than 16 years in various German federal law enforcement and security agencies as investigation and security professional. He acquired a Diploma at CID Section of the Public Security Division of the Federal College of Public Administration and graduated in Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science. He is an active member of the German Society for Criminalistics.

  • Bob Buhecker Senior Trainer Developer

    Bob came to Cellebrite in November of 2019 after spending most of his career in Law Enforcement. He continues works part time for a police department in Northeast Ohio. He has prior experience as an instructor through Ohio Peace Officer’s Training Academy, Walsh University, Stark State College of Technology and another forensic company. He has instructed domestic and International students. Bob has also worked as a Digital Analyst at a company that specializes in Digital investigations.
    Bob has an Associates Degree in Computer Forensics and Cyber Security and then went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Bob is also CompTIA certified in Network +.
    Since joining Cellebrite he has obtained his certification as a Cellebrite Certified Operator, Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst, Cellebrite Advanced Smartphone Analyst and Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner.

  • Stephen Villere Training Developer

    Stephen has been in Law Enforcement since 2002 and started his career in Digital Forensics in 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Information Science from Loyola University of New Orleans, a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) from the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialist (IACIS), a GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) from the Global Information Assurance Certification, Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME) from Cellebrite, and Certified Cyber Crime Examiner (3CE) from NW3C. His experience includes creating/building two Digital Forensic Units and conducting Digital Forensic Examinations for all types of Criminal Investigations. Stephen has trained District Attorneys, Patrol Deputies, Officers, Detectives and various rank on a wide range of digital forensic topics. He has also lectured at Loyola University, University of New Orleans, and with the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors (ASCLD) Train the Director Series. Further, he has testified in State courts as an expert in Digital Forensics. Stephen also helped develop the State of Louisiana legislation to modernize search and seizure practices related to digital evidence.

  • Eric Wahlberg Manager of Contractors for the Americas

    Eric Wahlberg retired as the Senior Police Surveillance Specialist with the Los Angeles Police Department and member of the elite Electronics Unit within the LAPD’s Scientific Investigation Division. Eric has over 35 years of experience in electronic technology – including a tour with the US Navy and worked with several defense contractors. During his tenure with the LAPD, he has worked in Electronic Surveillance, TSCM, Video Forensics, Audio Forensics, and Cell Phone / Mobile Device Forensics. Eric founded the Cell Phone / Mobile Device Forensics Lab in 2007 and has designed, developed, and installed many specialized surveillance devices for high profile cases for units such as Internet Crimes Against Children, Robbery Homicide Division, Major Crimes Division – Anti-Terror, Commercial Crimes Division, Office of the Inspector General State of California and many local agencies.

    Eric is experienced testifying in court on digital forensic cases and has been qualified as an expert witness in multiple cases.

    Eric has an MS in Digital Forensic Science from Champlain College and is currently pursuing a BS in Digital Investigations and Computer Forensics.

    Eric is the Manager of Contractors for the Americas at Cellebrite USA and a Cellebrite Certified Master Instructor.

  • Jim Dibble Manager of Classroom Technology

    Jim serves as Manager of Investigative Training for Cellebrite and brings more than 36 years of experience in federal and state law enforcement. Jim retired from the US Army Criminal Investigation Command as a Chief Warrant Officer after twenty years of service and recently retired from the Washington State Gambling Commission after 23 years of service as a Senior Special Agent and Digital Forensic Examiner. Jim has more than 15 years of experience in digital forensics and holds numerous forensic certifications including the CCO, CCPA, CASA, CCME, and CFCE. He is an Associate Member of the American Academy of Forensic Science (AAFS) in the Digital and Multimedia Section, currently sits on the Forensic Specialties Accreditation Board (FSAB) as a Director and now serves the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) as Vice President and member of the Board of Directors.
