Our dedicated team works around the clock to ensure robust measures and controls are in place to protect customers’ critical data, including encryption and access management.
Data Protection
- Access to the customers’ data repositories is limited to the team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) that support the Cellebrite Cloud Product environment.
- Our SaaS platform operation is monitored by the production operation teams and the security teams.
- Data in transit is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) or above 1.2.
- Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Customer’s Environment Segregation
- Each customer’s data is kept segregated from other tenants when at rest.
- Tenant’s data is processed only in isolated instances
Audit Logging
- All the system actions are logged in alignment with the industry standards
- Cloud infrastructure security logs are collected and processed by the Cellebrite Security Defense Center team

As part of our service level agreement, we transparently publish a real-time status of our service availability.
