A SaaS-based solution to help your team work faster and more efficiently

Internal investigations account for nearly 70% of investigations and business-related mobile communication is always a critical component. In some cases, there is additional forensic support – but HR and legal teams working on these types of investigations need a life raft.

Guardian Collaborate for Enterprise is a way for teams to speed up their investigations by working together quickly, securely and all in one place. The SaaS-based solution does not require installation and allows teams to easily share and review mobile data.

Our users have told us analysis tools are not designed for Legal and HR teams and that they’re concerned with the ability to control data in internal investigations. Here’s an example of how Guardian Collaborate will work with them to solve these headaches.

How it Works

During an internal investigation involving an employee accused of inappropriate communication, an examiner will initiate a collection from the employee making the claim. Within Guardian Collaborate, they’ll have the option to upload the mobile data and then share it with HR or Legal teams. Once the data has been shared, HR or Legal logs in and reviews the information and marks any items which need to be put into a report.

It’s that’s simple and it’s all completed in one platform. And that’s the key – the interface is designed for non-forensic experts. Since it’s SaaS-based, it’s not a burden to IT teams who may already be stretched thin and sharing is instant with no installation required.

A New Solution to the Market

Guardian is widely a new addition to the enterprise market. However, Rob Fried with Sandline Global has been using the solution in a separate capacity since 2023. “When I see Guardian, I see it as the gold standard,” he said. Sandline Global does a little bit of everything in the digital forensic space – from data collections to data preservation and expert witness testimony.

“Guardian keeps you in check and it keeps you compliant and consistent,” Rob said. “And that’s what I’m all about—consistency, conciseness and repeatability. Whether it’s a crime that involves the police or a white-collar crime, evidence is evidence, and it still needs to have all of those checks and balances so that everyone knows it’s been handled properly, and the investigation can’t be compromised.”
