The keynote speaker at our summit, Tim Tebow, is a two-time national champion, Football Hall of Fame inductee, five-time New York Times best-selling author and renowned speaker. As the founder and chairman of the Tim Tebow Foundation, he dedicates his efforts to combating human trafficking and supporting other initiatives aimed at helping the most vulnerable people worldwide. 

The foundation focuses on four key areas: Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation, Orphan Care and Prevention, Profound Medical Needs and Special Needs Ministry. Adam Riley 

Adam RileyAdam Riley, the Investigation Unit Engagement Team Lead at Cellebrite, has had a distinguished career in law enforcement. After serving in the Royal Australian Navy, Adam joined the Queensland Police Service, where for nearly two decades, he dealt with a wide range of crimes, from drugs to arson to homicide. 

Adam is an expert in investigative review and excels at validating witness and suspect statements using digital evidence, managing the investigative process and preparing evidence for legal proceedings. He has contributed to multiple high-profile murder investigations in which digital evidence was crucial in securing convictions. In his session, Adam will discuss his case study on how improving collaboration between digital forensic and investigative units leads to optimized capabilities and successful case closures. 

Page McBeth 

Page McBeth is a Customer Success Manager at Cellebrite who helps law enforcement professionals leverage digital investigative solutions to connect the dots in criminal cases. He also hosts our ‘Mastering ICAC Investigations’ webinar series and is a veteran of the Oregon Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, where he has contributed to the convictions of numerous offenders. 

He frequently shares best practices with law enforcement agencies for investigating crimes against children, particularly those committed online. Page, along with other leading investigators, will lead a keynote panel discussion on high-profile crimes against children. 

Julie Lewis 

Julie Lewis is President, CEO and Founder of Digital Mountain, a global provider of digital forensics, cybersecurity and eDiscovery services. With over 30 years of experience in the high tech industry, she has led operations at VERITAS Software, which specializes in storage, security and search technologies.  

Julie holds an MBA from Babson College and has worked with two of the Big Four accounting firms in financial and IT auditing. An EnCE-certified digital forensics expert, she is active in several cybersecurity and digital investigative associations, including the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA). She is also the founding Director of the Women in eDiscovery Silicon Valley Chapter. Don’t miss her session on how generative AI is revolutionizing discovery and its impact on digital investigations. 

Geraldine Blay 

Geraldine Blay is a detective in the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, Digital Forensics Unit in Sanford, Florida. She has a Master’s Degree in Digital Forensics from the University of Central Florida and multiple digital forensics certifications. She has served on the Secret Service Cyber Fraud Task Force and the FBI’s Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force.  

She was recognized by the U.S. Secret Service as one of the nation’s top digital forensic examiners in 2019 and 2020. A respected expert witness, she has collaborated with various agencies and is the handler of K9 Siri, an electronic detection K9 dog. Geraldine will discuss identifying the pattern of life of a porn-obsessed killer, a topic that can help investigators better identify patterns and connect the dots in their cases. 

James Dever 

James Dever, Esq. is a Principal at Lockhaven Solutions, a cybersecurity firm in Chicago owned by Hispanic and combat-wounded veterans. A former US Air Force Professor of Cyber Warfare, James taught at prestigious institutions, including the Air War College and Air Force Academy, and even partnered with the NSA Cryptologic School faculty to design graduate programs in cyber strategy.  

James began his career as a cyber lawyer at Deloitte and has served in the US Army as Chair of the Law Department at the Army Intelligence School and as Cyber Warfare Judge Advocate at Army Cyber Command. He has also spoken at the United Nations, NATO and the US House of Representatives. He currently holds several director and advisory roles, including Director at the Center for National Security and Human Rights Law. James will share his insights on cyber warfare and digital forensics, which will undoubtedly be valuable to law enforcement professionals.
