Thomas E. Hogan Chief Executive Officer
Thomas E. Hogan is Chief Executive Officer of Cellebrite and a member of its Board of Directors.
His career is marked by diverse leadership experience across multiple companies, including Vista Equity Partners, Kony, CSC, Hewlett Packard, Vignette Corporation, Siebel Systems, and IBM. He has a proven track record of driving significant growth and profitability, such as transforming Hewlett Packard’s software group from a $1.2B revenue unit operating at a $300M annual loss to a $3.6B unit generating a $700M profit. Thomas has successfully led strategic acquisitions and mergers, including the $6.6B acquisition of Mercury Interactive and Opsware. He is known for building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a positive work environment, and has been recognized for his leadership with awards such as Top 10 Cloud CEO in 2018 and 2019. Thomas holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Ronnen Armon Chief Products & Technologies Officer
Ronnen oversees Cellebrite’s solutions, products, and technology¬ – including R&D, Product Business Management, and CTO domains. Ronnen brings a tremendous background and years of experience in enterprise software. He previously led R&D at Mercury for almost four years, and later became VP and GM for Hewlett Packard’s BTO team (Business Technology Optimization), overseeing Products and R&D.
Ronnen also co-founded Capriza, a no-code native SaaS mobility platform that simplified collaboration as well as integration with legacy applications and platforms. With Capriza, Ronnen initially led Products and R&D until he became their CEO.
Ronnen holds a BSC degree in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering, and a MA degree in System Analysis and Operations Research, both from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology.

David Barter Chief Financial Officer
David joined Cellebrite as CFO in July 2025, bringing more than three decades of public company financial leadership experience. Prior to joining Cellebrite, he served as CFO at New Relic where he played an instrumental role in supporting the company’s growth to nearly $1 billion in annual revenue, transitioning the company to a consumption-based model, improving profitability and cash flow and supporting a successful $6.5 billion sale of the business in late 2023. Barter previously served as CFO at c3.ai and model N as well as held senior finance positions at Guidewire Software, Microsoft and General Electric. He holds an M.B.A. and a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a B.B.A. in Finance and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.

Ayala Berler Shapira General Counsel
Joining Cellebrite in 2022, Ayala is a seasoned leader bringing over 25 years of experience in publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as law firms. Ayala’s expertise range from global business, international trade, corporate, compliance, M&A and to legal strategy. She is responsible for managing Cellebrite’s legal and compliance functions and strategy, aiming to support the company’s growth worldwide.
Ayala was previously Deputy General Counsel at Amdocs, a leading global software provider to the media and telecommunication industries. Prior to that she acted as General Counsel for Jungo, a fast-growing high-tech company operating in the telecommunication market. Prior to that she held a number of legal positions, both in house and in private practice. Ayala holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration (LL.B, B.A) from Tel-Aviv University and is a member of the Israeli and New York Lawyer Bar Associations. -
David Gee Chief Marketing Officer
David Gee joined Cellebrite in the spring of 2024 to spearhead its global marketing strategy and execution, positioning the company to capitalize on growth opportunities within the digital investigations space. David brings a wealth of experience, honed through Senior Leadership roles at industry giants like Coherent, Imperva, Zuora, and Infoblox, Hewlett Packard, Yahoo! and early career management roles at Sun Microsystems and IBM.
Hailing from London, David has lived and worked around the globe, exposing him to diverse experiences and cultural immersion. Traversing continents for graduate studies and professional endeavors across Europe, Israel, Asia and North America, David is adaptable and innovative. His collaborative, honest leadership style will elevate Cellebrite to unprecedented heights.

Marcus Jewell Global Chief Revenue OfficerJoining Cellebrite as the Chief Revenue Officer, Marcus Jewell brings over 25 years of senior-level sales and management expertise. Operating from the D.C. Office, he will oversee global sales for both public and private sectors. Marcus’s background includes leading sales, marketing, and customer success teams worldwide at CSS LLC, the parent company of CloudKitchens, and achieving remarkable growth at Juniper Networks. His roles at Mitel Networks and Brocade further demonstrate his ability to increase market share and introduce companies to new regions.Marcus is originally from a small U.K. fishing village and graduated from the University of South Wales.

Sigalit Shavit Chief Information Officer
Sigalit Shavit joined Cellebrite in the summer of 2024 and brings more than 30 years of experience enabling innovation to Cellebrite’s information technology and security team. As CIO, Sigalit plays a pivotal role in accelerating the mission of the Company, its customers and employees forward during a time of ever-evolving cyber threats.
Prior to joining Cellebrite, Sigalit held CIO and COO roles with FedEx Express, ECI Telecom, CyberArk and KTrust. During her time with CyberArk, she played a critical role in its transformation into an enterprise-grade cloud/SaaS company.
Sigalit has been named one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in Cybersecurity in multiple publications. Her leadership and knowledge elevates Cellebrite’s information and technology security capabilities as she reinforces a clear, modern digital strategy and solutions to impact efficiency and accelerate innovation.
Sigalit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Zohar Tadmor – Eilat Chief People Officer
Zohar brings over 20 years of experience as a senior HR leader in various industries. She has solid and professional Human Resources skills and competencies in all HR and people domains, including change management, talent acquisition and management, career development, employee experience, employer branding, and internal communication, working closely with executive management, and leading HR organization with a Business-driven orientation and focus.
Before joining Cellebrite, Zohar was the Global VP of Human Resources at CyberArk for 6 years. Prior to CyberArk, Zohar served as the Global VP of Human Resources at BitTech/ BetaMedia for 3 years, and before that, she was the General Manager of HRISRAEL for 2 years and the VP of HR of Cal-Auto Group for 3 years; In all of which she led HR strategy, enabled, and created a culture of growth and engagement, where people can thrive and be at their best.
Zohar holds an M.A. in Labor Studies – Organizational consulting and human resources management from Tel Aviv University, and a B.A. in Social Work, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is a certified group dynamic and leadership instructor, business coach, and mediator.
