Position Overview:

Cellebrite is looking for a Technical Support member with experience and technical background to handle case reproduction in the support LAB.



Key Responsibilities: 

  • As a support LAB assistant, you will be required to simulate issues in the LAB and maintain the LAB environment for our global and domestic employees.
  • You will work together with our global and local interfaces to simulate problems on the LAB and provide feedback to the agent that handling the case.
  • Use Salesforce to manage cases.
  • Ability to work on flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with: Windows OS, iOS, Android.
  • Experience handling technical problems.
  • Excellent hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Fast learning skills.
  • Responsible and able to handle support cases.
  • Ability to function independently under stressful conditions.
  • Knowledge and experience in cellular technology
  • Knowledge of mobile phone OS (iOS, Android…)
  • Technical Certifications
  • Work experience using Cellebrite or other forensic software
  • Digital Forensics/Computer Science degree
  • CRM ticketing systems.
  • Passionate about supporting and solving problems for others.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written).
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and individually.
  • Methodical, organized, and process-oriented.
  • English – Fluent both verbally and written.
