Position Overview:
As part of the Services organization, the Digital Forensics Engineer will be expected to deliver specialized digital forensic and investigation services within the Singapore Cellebrite Advanced Services lab and deploy Cellebrite solution services remotely or onsite. As this is a regional role, some travel may be expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer experience by engaging with internal & external customers.
- Operate specialized Cellebrite systems to perform digital forensic work on mobile and computer devices.
- Work to standard operating procedures in line with ISO 17025 accreditation.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
- Record lab activity in the case management system in real-time.
- Deliver feedback to the lab management for quality process improvement.
- Respond to customer incidents and inquiries.
- Collaborate with and across Agile teams to test, implement, and support technical solutions in customer environments.
- Collaborate with Development and Sales resources to deliver robust solutions that drive powerful experiences to help thousands of government agencies perform their important missions.
- Deployment of Cellebrite product solutions for customers remotely or onsite.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
- Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies.
- Continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- May be deployed at customer site for service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital forensics
- Experience in electronics or software quality testing is a plus.
- Past law enforcement experience is a plus.
- Process-oriented with great documentation skills
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Advantage)
- At least 2 years of experience with Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) (Advantage)
- At least 2 years of System Administration experience (Windows and Unix/Linux) (Advantage)
- At least 2 years of Network Engineering experience (Advantage)
- Travel is Required (up to 50%)
- For being assigned in some Singapore government-linked projects,
- Singapore citizen.
- Holding current security clearance with Singapore authorities or previously held clearance (not more than 2 years expired); Candidates are required to have a G50 security clearance or the ability to get one.
- No criminal history.
