What is your mission?
As an Investigation & Intelligence Unit Sales Specialist, you will work directly with law enforcement agencies across your assigned region to build strong relationships, assess investigative workflows, and demonstrate how Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence solutions can enhance operational and analytical capabilities.
Working closely with the Sales Account Manager and reporting into the Manager, Investigation and Intelligence Unit (EMEA), you will support both strategic and tactical sales activities to drive new business and expand existing opportunities. You will execute account strategies, build a strong pipeline, and consistently contribute to revenue growth across the region.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies across your assigned region
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding stakeholder needs and recommending tailored Cellebrite solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to engage clients strategically and tactically to land and expand opportunities
- Deliver high‑quality presentations and workshops to demonstrate the value of Cellebrite’s solutions
Process Review & Workflow Optimisation
- Conduct detailed reviews of investigative and analytical workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Provide actionable recommendations in collaboration with Pre‑Sales teams to improve evidence collection, analysis, and integration into investigative processes
Strategic Planning & Sales Execution
- Execute strategic account plans through the Manager, Investigation & Intelligence Unit Sales (EMEA)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and support the achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Align Cellebrite solutions with customer‑specific operational, investigative, and analytical needs
Workshops & Customer Enablement
- Facilitate collaborative workshops to assess end‑to‑end evidence handling processes
- Identify improvement areas across seizure, extraction, analysis, review, and case preparation
- Develop and present tailored solutions aligned with Cellebrite’s capabilities
Public Speaking & Representation
- Represent Cellebrite at industry events, conferences, and workshops as a subject matter expert
- Deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences, including senior law enforcement stakeholders
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Pre‑Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to support procurement and adoption
- Act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams to align customer needs with Cellebrite solutions
Knowledge Sharing & Training
- Stay current on Cellebrite’s solutions, industry trends, and investigative best practices
- Educate customers through structured training sessions and consultative engagements
This role requires frequent travel across the assigned region and is well‑suited to professionals who are comfortable engaging directly with law enforcement agencies. Professional fluency in English and French is required. Italian is required for customer engagement, and additional language skills such as Spanish are highly advantageous.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer‑facing sales or specialist role within a technology or investigative environment
- Strong understanding of investigative workflows, digital evidence handling, or analytical processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both operational and senior stakeholders
- Strong report‑writing skills with the ability to produce clear and structured analysis
- Ability to align technical solutions with customer needs in a consultative, solution‑oriented manner
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally across Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Customer Success teams
Basic Qualifications
- Experience working with law enforcement, government agencies, or investigative organisations
- Demonstrated ability to support sales execution and build customer relationships
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Digital Intelligence, digital forensics, cybersecurity, or related domains
- Experience supporting enterprise or public‑sector customers
- Experience delivering workshops, training, or customer enablement programmes
- Familiarity with Cellebrite solutions or similar investigative platforms
