About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Growth Engineer to build and scale how we drive revenue from our existing customer base. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and AI—focused on turning customer insights into automated, revenue-generating campaigns across upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption.
What You’ll Do:
- Build AI-powered, signal-based campaigns triggered by customer behavior (e.g. renewal timing, usage changes, expansion signals)
- Design and operate automated workflows and AI agents that generate campaign content, insights, and reporting
- Identify high-potential accounts and proactively surface expansion opportunities and churn risks
- Partner with Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to launch and scale campaigns across segments
- Develop playbooks and repeatable systems to drive consistent portfolio growth
- Measure and optimize performance based on pipeline impact, revenue, and ROI

This is a high-impact, build-from-scratch role focused on one of the company’s biggest growth levers: expanding revenue within the existing customer base. You’ll help create the systems that allow marketing to scale beyond manual effort and directly influence revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–7 years in growth, marketing ops, marketing technology, or a similar hybrid role
- Hands-on experience building automation or AI-driven workflows (beyond basic tool usage)
- Strong understanding of CRM/marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing pipeline and campaign performance
- Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate complex, evolving environments
- Bonus: experience in B2B enterprise or regulated industries
