About the Role:
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and automation.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our cloud environments and CI/CD systems.
You will work closely with R&D teams to support fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
This is a highly hands-on role focused on automation, infrastructure, and production reliability in a modern cloud-native environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
- Work with Kubernetes (EKS) clusters (deployments, scaling, networking, troubleshooting)
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Work with GitHub self-hosted runners on Kubernetes (EKS)
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Datadog / Prometheus / Grafana)
- Support production systems, troubleshooting issues and performing root-cause analysis
- Improve automation, deployment processes, and system reliability
- Collaborate closely with developers to support fast and stable releases
- Implement cloud security best practices (IAM, networking, secrets management)
- Support cloud cost awareness and optimization (FinOps basics).
Requirements
Must Have:
- 5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering / SRE roles
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, CloudWatch, ALB/NLB)
- Experience working with Kubernetes (EKS)
- Strong experience with Terraform
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (Bash and/or Python)
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Good understanding of networking and cloud fundamentals
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog / Prometheus / Grafana)
Soft Skills:
- Strong hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with developers
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under production pressure
- Fast learner with a proactive approach
Nice to Have:
- Experience with GitHub Apps or advanced GitHub Actions usage
- Experience with self-hosted runners on Kubernetes (EKS)
- Exposure to FinOps / cost optimization
- Experience in production environments at scale.
