The Identity Lookup Service in Cellebrite Physical Analyzer is located under the Analyzed Data section in the parsed log entries.

What is the Identity Lookup Service?

Identity lookup service provides clues associated with various details available through facetime videos, audio, iMessage, and more.

The purpose behind it is for Apple to be able to see if the user is trying to contact another Apple user. Looking at these artifacts, you can trust the metadata about it. You can see timestamps, facetime videos, phone numbers, and more.

However, it is only providing a clue that something may have occurred. If you want to prove that a certain event did in fact take place, you must go to the underlying artifacts to track and verify it.
