Do You Have A MyCellebrite Account?

It is essential that all Cellebrite Training students have a MyCellebrite account established prior to the start of training. If you’ve created one previously, you’re good to go.

Otherwise, please note:

If you have completed Cellebrite Training in the past (and you did not have a MyCellebrite account already), your existing Cellebrite Learning Center account username is now your MyCellebrite account username.

To reset your password, visit the Community Login – Forgot Password page. New to Cellebrite and don’t have an account? Please use the Sign Up button at the top to create one.

Have You Redeemed Your Enrollment Voucher(s)?

Course enrollment is completed after a voucher is redeemed (in MyCellebrite). These enrollments are listed at the top of the Training intro page on My.Cellebrite.com. You can reach this page after logging in by selecting Training from the top menu. (You may need to open the “MORE” submenu first).

Any available or redeemed vouchers will be displayed in the list box at the top.

To redeem an enrollment voucher, look for and select the Use button to enroll / select a class date.

If you DO NOT see a voucher/enrollment for the course you are expecting to complete and another party purchased your training on your behalf, please first check with them for details.

Vouchers are valid for one (1) year from purchase.

If you are still having issues, log in and visit the Support area.

Attending An In-Person* Training Course?

Please try to arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes ahead of class start time. Location details are available within your MyCellebrite Learning Profile and will also be sent to you by your regional Training Account Manager via a Welcome Email ahead of the start date.

Classroom computers are heavily used for software demonstrations. Students are encouraged to bring a device (laptop/tablet) to view student eBook manuals.

AM and PM breaks and lunch is at the student’s discretion.

CERT-F and CCOF course students only – Please review the following additional instructions.

Attending A Virtual* Course?

Please note that we use the Zoom meeting platform to deliver our Virtual course instruction. Virtual lab sessions (to utilize Cellebrite software) employ the use of the Heropa Virtual Environment.

Please log into the Zoom meeting/virtual classroom at least 15 minutes ahead of the class start time.

We ask that all students prepare themselves and review the following ahead of class:

  1. Review the following knowledge articles:
    Zoom Meeting Preparation
    Heropa Virtual Environment Preparation
  2. Please consult with your IT teams ahead of time, related to any device restrictions that may require attention.

Attending A Self-Paced* Course?

Students will be provided one year of access to any purchased course lesson and exam content, from enrollment to completion.

Completion of most Self-Paced courses requires that students have access to licensed Cellebrite software.

Check the availability of Cellebrite software for your organization before completing enrollment.
