How Your Free Trial Works

We review your request, then send your invite. When it arrives, log in and start exploring right away — no setup needed. Activate within 48 hours to make most of your trial. Need a fresh link? Email support@cellebrite.com
2. Explore at Your Own Pace
Open the ready-made demo case (CLBT_DEMO) or upload your own evidence, then question it in natural language. You decide how deep to go and what to pursue. Large uploads and complex questions take a few minutes to process — Genesis is working across all your evidence at once.
3. Bring Your Team In
As an admin, invite colleagues from your agency to explore alongside you. Add them in seconds from the user menu, so more of your team can put Genesis to the test.
4. Your Data Stays Protected
We never use your data to train AI models. We store your evidence securely, keep it logically segregated and protect it with strong controls, then delete it after your trial under the standard Genesis retention policy.
5. When Your Trial Ends
We’ll let you know in-app and by email as your trial winds down. To keep working with your own data, talk to us. Your demo cases stay available, and you can review your existing cases and chat history until they’re removed under the applicable retention policy.
