Today, Cellebrite’s Board of Directors announced that I have been appointed Chief Executive Officer. 

It is an incredible honor to lead this company. 

I joined Cellebrite only a few months ago, but in that time I have spent countless hours with our people, our customers and our technology. And one thing became clear to me very quickly: the work we do matters. 

Every day, investigators, forensic examiners, intelligence professionals and public safety leaders around the world take on extraordinarily difficult work. They search for missing children. They investigate violent crimes. They defend nations. They protect businesses. They help bring truth to light and ensure justice can move forward. 

Our job at Cellebrite is to help them do that work better, faster and with greater confidence. 

That mission is what brought me here. And as CEO, it will remain at the center of everything we do. 

I also want to thank Tom Hogan for his leadership of Cellebrite. Tom has helped build an exceptional leadership team, strengthened this company and positioned us for the next chapter. I am grateful for his partnership and for the trust he has placed in me. 

What Will Not Change 

Technology is changing at an extraordinary pace. The amount of digital evidence continues to grow. Devices, applications and data sources are multiplying. And artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing what is possible in an investigation. 

Against that backdrop, our mission remains constant: 

Protecting Communities, Nations and Businesses. 

What will evolve is how aggressively and thoughtfully we use technology to advance that mission. 

I have spent my career building and scaling technology platforms, and I believe we are at an important inflection point for Cellebrite and for the entire digital investigations industry. 

AI can help investigators connect information that would otherwise take days or weeks to uncover. It can reduce repetitive work, surface patterns hidden across enormous volumes of evidence and help teams move from data to insight much faster. 

But speed alone is not the goal. 

The Goal is a Better Outcome. 

A critical lead discovered sooner. A backlog reduced. An investigator able to focus on judgment rather than manual work. Evidence that can be understood, explained and trusted. 

That distinction is incredibly important to me. 

Innovation Starts with Our Customers 

The best technology companies do not build from a conference room. They build alongside their customers. 

That is how I intend Cellebrite to operate. 

We need to remain extraordinarily close to the people doing this work every day — sitting with forensic examiners, investigators and analysts; understanding where cases slow down; seeing where technology creates friction; and learning where a few minutes saved can materially change an outcome. 

Your challenges should shape our priorities. 

Your feedback should influence where we invest. 

And our measure of success should not simply be how much technology we ship. It should be the impact that technology creates for you. 

You are doing the mission-critical work. Our responsibility is to give you the capabilities to do the best work possible. 

Moving Faster While Earning Trust Every Day 

You should also expect Cellebrite to move with greater urgency. 

We will accelerate innovation, put substantially more energy behind AI and cloud, and work to get meaningful new capabilities into customers’ hands faster. 

At the same time, there is something we will never compromise: trust. 

In digital investigations, technology must be understandable, auditable and defensible. Privacy, security, integrity and responsible use are not features we add after the fact. They are foundational to the products we build. 

The same principle applies to AI. 

I believe deeply that AI should amplify human intelligence — not replace human judgment. 

The investigator must remain in control. 

Our opportunity is to combine the extraordinary advances happening in AI with Cellebrite’s deep expertise in digital forensics, evidence and investigative workflows. Done well, that combination can dramatically improve how investigations are conducted while preserving the rigor and accountability this work demands. 

My Commitment to You 

As I begin this role, I want our customers and partners to know what you can expect from me and from Cellebrite. 

We will listen. We will stay close to your mission and let real customer problems drive our priorities. 

We will move with urgency. The technology landscape is moving too quickly for incrementalism. We will innovate faster and work harder to translate innovation into meaningful customer outcomes. 

We will earn your trust. We understand the responsibility that comes with the role our technology plays in investigations, intelligence and the justice system. 

And we will never lose sight of the mission. 

There is enormous opportunity ahead of us. Cellebrite has remarkable technology, exceptional people and a customer community performing some of the most important work in the world. 

My responsibility as CEO is to bring those strengths together, raise the ambition of what we believe is possible, and create the focus and urgency required to deliver it.

I am incredibly excited about what we can build together. 

The technology will change. The mission will not.
